How often do you ship orders?
I usually drop off orders at the post office once a week (specific day of the week can vary week to week).
How long will it take me to get my order?
Once I have dropped off your order at the post office, it'll take typically take no more than a week to get to you. Sometimes it might take longer and your patience is appreciated! USPS is known to do silly things, like sending a package back and forth across the country multiple times for no apparent reason.
I think USPS lost my order. What can I do about it?
Please refer to USPS's "Missing Mail and Lost Packages" page here. You can fill out the form and have USPS initiate the search for your package.
Why do non-US customers have to use your Etsy site instead?
Shipping items internationally typically involves some sort of tax (VAT, tariffs, etc.). Etsy calculates, collects, and remits those taxes on my behalf, while Big Cartel does not.
Why doesn't your BigCartel have everything that's on your Etsy?
I'm new to using Big Cartel, so I'm still getting used to it. (Not to mention keeping track of inventory across two stores is not the easiest thing to do!) Once I feel more comfortable with running both this store and my Etsy, I'll add more items here.
Can I combine an Etsy order with an order I placed here?
